It was just ok. Very pricey for just grabbing a quick bite. Love that it's right by the mall. Drinks were not worth the money. Used to get more for your buck. Kids chicken pieces get smaller and smaller and the fries are always cold ðŸ€ðŸ˜ž

On the way to and from the Smithhaven mall I'm not a regular but was impressed for the most part the wait time could be better and bring stuff out quickly no reason to have to wait for napkins or drinks..

The food there is good, very limited vegan/vegetarian menu. Has an alright selection of drinks, staff had trouble getting our debit cards to work on their machine. Not a bad place, just personally not my cup of tea

The wait was awful, food was sub par. The service was pitiful. 15 minutes and 4 times i had to ask for a soda. They brought us the wrong food. An then saw them after handing us the food bring it to another table. If that was me getting that food I'd have demanded a full refund.

They do the opposite of what you ask for. I ordered applebees through the grubhub app. I ordered 2 order of boneless wings and a cheeseburger which I selected “no pink†under the meat option. I received two orders of regular wings (not boneless) and a almost rare red/pink burger. Terrible experience.

All happy hour drinks taste like lemonade with a pump of hand sanitizer. Good value but they limit you to 3 drinks so don't go just for the liquor. Half apps always a good deal if you don't mind the quality being gourmet microwave

Very unhappy, I ordered burger well done and onion rings. What did I get served a pink burger and French fries. Was told I could order onion rings and pay for them. Then take the whole plate. Thank you.It was resolved with the right order.

The table service was like an orchestra playing beautiful music, only the music was great food. I had the full rack of baby back ribs with onion rings, they were hot and delicious . I also enjoyed them the next day. My family also enjoyed their meals. I have never seen a happier staff, everyone smiling all the time. The cost for such pleasure was extremely reasonable. I can’t wait to revisit your restaurant. I had to call the restaurant the next day , to tell Theresa and Mr. Albert that they should feel proud to work at Applebee’s. Sincerely, Rocco A Semisa.

Worst experience ever. We are in quarantine and I decided to support them and order take out food. We specifically said mac and cheese yet they put bacon all over it even though I don’t eat pork. They don’t even have any customers so the least they can do is make sure they get the orders right yet they left me here angry with this awful order. Worst service ever. If you want to be disappointed come here.

Great food! Wonderful service.! Chris was our waiter. He has a fantastic personality. Got our food in about 15 minutes. 100% better than TGIF which we had just walked out of! Way to go Applebee's.

I have zero clue why people are disliking the quality of this restaurant! The food is amazing and the employees are so friendly! They really try to connect with the community, build a bond! I remember going here when I was a little kid and I remember making so many special moments with family. I'm much older now and every time I come to Applebee's, they come flooding back and never fail to make me smile! I definitely recommend dining here!

The food was great as usual but the service I experienced was superb. I wish I could remember the server's name because he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. When I go back I'm definitely asking for him even if I have to describe his appearance 😅.

Love their wings, but too bad they served me 9 drumletts and only one flat win. My favorite is the flat wing, drumletts are not my number one choice. Been doing Applebee's wings for a very long time. They usually do half drumletts and half flat wings. Maybe next time!

i came in to get my takeout. I saw my food was already ready when i got there but i had to wait 10 minutes for them to give me 14 dollars in change. Then the cashier makes a rude comment when i didnt tip her. Like no im not tipping you for taking so long because you talked to your friends and now my food is cold. Thank you for nothing.

We were seated promptly and our server, Diana was extremely attentive. We ordered our drinks, which were prepared quickly and then we ordered 5 delicious samplers. Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Mozzarella sticks, Chicken Tacos, Pretzels with cheese sauce and Chicken Wings. Everything came out together and it was delicious. Diana checked on us to make sure everything was good. Great evening, great food and great drinks.

Ordered car side to go before I got to Applebee’s. Drove 15 mins there and waited 30 minutes in the car for someone to bring out my good. French fries are supposed to be gluten free but when i ordered a side of fries pieces of chicken tenders were in it... the nachos if you order will become soggy... the service sucked and spent $40 on food I threw all out.
